Feather Light Vegetable Chips
Our Feathers food and fashion event at the Astor Centor features a lighter side of Made in Italy. Lightness, effervescence, and creativity are reflected in the feather accessories and organic clothing lines featured at the fashion show and naturally in the menu as well. Here is a sneak peek from the finger food menu that will be served before dinner – feather light vegetable chips that will float with a delicate crunch on the palates of our dinner guests!
