A standing ovation by the guests was given at the end of our event in the New Jersey City University on Wednesday.

The support from the university’s staff could not have been better! All of the material needed was on hand and from the moment we arrived, we started setting up the event salon. We found out as we were setting up that there was such a good response for the themed dinner that more participants than was expected were confirmed. Of course we strategized immediately to meet the increased needs for this event, and we were also excited about the great turnout.

The 4-course meal made by our kitchen and pastry brigades was a great hit with all of our guests and the evening went by smoothly, I think we exceeded their expectations especially considering that the audience asked when another event would take place on campus and if it could host more people and greater initiatives.

The diners very interested and impressed with the TuttoToscana program, and the program faculty members were enthused about our team’s performance at the beginning of each course. The challenge of giving a 101-style explanation of Tuscan cuisine to a university community may have been daunting initially, but both our service and brigade teams were able to combine entertainment and education through a beautiful meal and compelling presentations.
