TuttoToscana 2012: We are on!

The 2012 and 8th edition of TuttoToscana has officially begun!

The team of Florence University of the Arts students and faculty representing the Apicius culinary, baking, and wine departments, have come together in Florence for 3 weeks of event preparation for this year’s event cycle in NYC. We will present menus that will express a “Contemporary Chianti” to American food lovers and face the challenge of exporting this corner of Tuscany to the Big Apple.
