50g Fresh pecorino cheese, diced
20g Flaxseeds and sunflower seeds, at room temperature
50g Boiled potatoes, chilled
20g Grated horseradish
20g Chives
Extra virgin olive oil (evoo), salt, pepper, and lemon to taste
