Veg&Veg is a vegetarian burger restaurant located in the Mercato Centrale. There is a variety of clientele, mostly young people and lots of seating throughout the market. The service is excellent and the staff speaks both Italian and English. The menu offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options such as veggie burgers, salads, soups and fruit juices. The restaurant is very good for a quick bite to eat. It is also a great place for eating with friends who are not vegetarian, as you can order from a variety of restaurants on the second floor of the Mercato Centrale and then sit and eat together. The total cost of my meal was about 8 euro. The food was excellent and my veggie burger was the best I’ve had in Florence!
