Our video channel is up and running! We are proud to feature the lovely kitchen brigade member Therese Sullivan who will be firing up the kitchen with Chefs Trapani, De Castro and Boualy in NYC kitchens.
Therese is an Apicius alumni from Robert Morris University in Chicago, Illinois. She studied abroad with the RMU culinary program at the Apicius hospitality campus at Florence University of the Arts, and being back has opened her eyes further to a deeper perspective of real Italian cuisine. This time around, she will implement her learning experiences this time around in front of real audiences in NYC.
